Provide Proof: Share clear images of the damaged or incorrect product along with the packaging and order details.

Eligibility: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use may not qualify for replacement.

Processing: Once we verify the issue, we will initiate a replacement. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Refund Option: If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to decline replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
